Bear in mind that whilst GATSO cameras are the most common device, several other types do exist and of course we will have to take this in account when crafting a defence to the charge against you.

If a mobile device was used, it could be argued that the device was not used in accordance with operational guidelines and the device itself was not in proper working order or was not properly calibrated. In addition, if the police physically stop the driver, they are obligated to follow certain strict legal procedures and we will examine whether these have been properly followed.
